Kayode is an experienced lawyer who has over a decade experience in representing both corporate entities and individuals in diverse matters, ranging from litigation disputes arising from banker-customer relationships, labour relationships, general civil contracts, debt recoveries, obtaining preservative orders on assets of defualting obligors, enforcement of judgments, oil and gas, real estate, divorce, child custody matters, criminal litigation amongst others.

 

He has successfully acted as a party representative and obtained favourable awards for Clients in various Arbitration matters, including disputes at the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), Lagos Court of Arbitration (LCA) and other ad hoc/Court appointed Tribunals. 

 

He was called to Bar in the year 2013 and is a member of several professional bodies including the Nigerian Bar Association, Compliance Institute of Nigeria, and the ICC Young Arbitrators Forum.

 

Kayode is the Managing Partner of the firm.
